  Look I love American Eagle's clothing! However the people that work there are impetuous and hostile. I had lost my phone which is no ones fault but my own, so I went up to the front desk and asked this tall, thin, blonde who had face piercings if there was a phone turned in. She proceeded to do whatever she was doing on her computer and didn't answer me. I just stood there and looked at her. Eventually, after quite some time, she answered "no" while making it seem like I was such an inconvenience to her. After that I continued my search for my phone. Finally, my friend and I realized it was, in fact, behind the counter. At that point I was just annoyed. I went up to a brunette girl who was just as unfriendly as the blonde girl and said "hi I asked about a phone and I was told there wasn't one and I'm looking rigt at my phone." She replied "umm oh okay sorry" and in an extremely sarcastic manner then she continued her attitude by rolling her eyes. Once again I think the clothes are fantastic, but the staff definitely needs some changes.

  The store is nice and neat. The clothes are very pretty and there always seems to be a sale, which is good due to the very expensive clothing. No matter what anyone says the workers have always been friendly to me. I went there today and the worker reminded me of a sale which i appreciate and even said a joke! Very kind people
