  In the pre-sales phase, they're great - until you actually pay for something...then they disappear, cancel delivery with no notice, could care less about your customer service issues, etc... Avoid this place at all costs. If you're willing to forego the pain just because they have great furniture - don't - it's made by McCreary Modern. There are plenty of other places to get the EXACT same thing, usually at a much lower price. HQ no better.
