  I'm so pleasantly surprised & happy with our Bob's furniture purchases at the Freehold location. Our sales Associate Mike Arena was fantastic! We went there about 2 months ago to find a very size specific sofa. He helped us find something that worked perfectly & looked great. We also looked at a new bed & other options that we would need a few months later when our home remodel was done. We actually called to find out when Mike would be in so we could go back & have him help us. Again we were not let down. He helped us with everything we needed. I would recommend him to anyone! Great experience.

  The entire Management team is great from the floor manager, Justin, to the Customer Care manager, Sue and the Store manager, Mike. We bought a bed in 2015 and it began to warp in the last week. The call-in customer care team sent out a technician and while in my home told us one thing, reported a completely different result and we were given no avenues to dispute. We decided to go back to the store we purchased from and see if they could help us. They did more than help, they solved the issue with an exchange and all with complete professionalism and a smile. Kudos to the Freehold store for taking the time to understand your customer and help when needed. We will definitely continue to make all our furniture purchases here in the future. Thank you!!
