  This place isn't even worth giving a star. What a HORRIBLE experience this weekend when I came in to look for mother of the bride dress. Coming from afar and being in the area, I called asking if we could come in even though we didn't have an appointment. A very nice woman answered the phone saying "Sure, all walk-ins are welcome. Come on in!" And when we arrived we were told it would be an hour wait. Would have been nice if that was told to us on the phone. Also, when we did arrive, we were shoved into this little area in the front of the store with about 20 other people—with no place to even sit. But we were fine with waiting as long as it was worth it. Well, it was NOT. Once we actually got in with our consultant, we told her what we liked and she refused to let us even touch a dress. She went into this back, dingy storage room for about 15 minutes and came out with 4 HIDEOUS dresses. They were nowhere near the style or even in the color that we told her we were looking for. She REFUSED to let us browse for our own dress and pretty much said they are NOT a "mother of the bride" store. So overall, we drove 45 minutes, waited an hour and didn't try on one dress. This "one-to-one" service they promote is absolute garbage and obviously isn't working, so maybe Diane & Co. you need to rethink your strategy. Not to mention, the woman Chrissy at the front desk was rude and condescending. We walked out of the store crying. Thanks for making what was supposed to be a wonderful, happy time one of the worst. Luckily your competitor Castle Couture was AMAZING and pulled through for us the same day. Maybe you should take some pointers from them. ;-) DO NOT GO HERE LADIES!!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE STORE!

  Everyone was cordial, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. We were in and out with the purchase of an exquisitely beautiful gown for a masquerade ball in Maryland. The store was not pretentious, but lovely.The young lady who selected the dresses picked out exactly what we were looking for. Everyone was extremely responsive to our wishes. A beautifully run business! I would highly recommend DIane and Co. twenty-five minutes of a wonderful experience!
