  A male store "acting manager" in this freehold mall store is a racist and declined to do the exchange or store credit without a receipt. He was so nasty and told me that I can burn the clothes but he won't exchange it! I have been a forever 21 customer for so many years and I even called the customer service to lodge a complaint and the customer service person told me to go the store where the horrible manager was being a racist to get his name instead of calling the local store to find the manager s name. Horrible customer service!

  Store is a hot mess most of the time- more so than other location I have been to. People who work here seem to not care. They are not mean but they are not friendly either. If you try to call its hard to get someone to pick up the phone. Its cheap clothes so I kind of expect you have to put in the work to find the deals in all the clutter. Store recently was made smaller, taking out the downstairs for Zara and now is only one floor big. It is what it is- you are probably better off ordering stuff online and only using the store to try on clothes for size.
