  Well it seems I am not the only one who had a horrible experience with a return at this particular location! I was told that because I did not keep the visa gift card that was used to purchase a portion of my dress ($50 of $207.20) that they could not override the system and could not credit my discover card that was used nor get the cash back that was given. That I could only get store credit for the whole thing. The manager Kelly says to me " do you have any shopping to do?" "We have a great online presence" I said "no I live an hour away and I'm here to return this dress!" So i decided to keep the dress and in the morning called Lord and Taylor at the monmouth mall and spoke with Jerry =) he said "come on in ask for me and we will process your refund no problem!" He also confirmed they have the same system as freehold for me because now i was even more annoyed that i had to drive another 2 hours! 4 hours to return a dress! Jerry at the Monmouth Mall location had a young man named Matt help me and in 10 seconds flat my transaction was completed! He actually said "This is easy, I thought you had something difficult for me." Maybe Freehold is hurting and can't afford to refund their customers. I'm just glad Monmouth was there to pick up their slack. Freehold won't see me again that's for sure!
