I am very unhappy with the box springs I purchased back in January. It is too high. I went back in Feb to ask about the low box springs. Sales associate said it would only make a difference of 3". I reget being talked out of changing. Now it is too late to exchange and if I did, I would be charged 15% plus $85. That way too much for me. I would greatly appreciate an even exchange at no cost to me.

Shopping on a Saturday afternoon. Fitting rooms a disaster. Floor a mess. Hardly any people working. Most registers closed. Finally found a register with someone working. Girl was helping customer and obviously had difficulties. Took a long time. Second person who was working in area kept ignoring me. When she finally decided to help me it was obvious that rather be anywhere else other than working.
