  Asked a salesman Satchel to purchased Halo Wars 2 for my PC with Windows 10. He handed me the Microsoft Fastcard, so I purchased that game for 59.99 and 64.11 with tax. After redeeming the code, the game indicated it does not work on this PC.. I have a very updated Lenovo Erazer gaming PC. Called Microsoft, online sales and technician indicated it will not work and requested me to bring it back to the store for a FULL Refund since my purchase is not on the system. It needs to be on a system for a refund. Went back to the store, sales rep tried to install it, and it did not work. Manager indicated that you need a Xbox One to redeem it and then it can be played on a PC. The manager said NO refund need to contact Microsoft Corp. The card DOES NOT have any warning besides Xbox One and Windows 10 compatible. This is getting ridiculous!!!! And I cant believe this is happening from a large company like Microsoft?!? Is this STEALING from Microsoft?? Cant play the game but Im stuck with it, I redeem it so it will not work for others? They should hand out a CD version as well as a download so it can be given to others. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Someone should sue this company for fraud!!!
