Waited in line for 15mins, knew what we wanted to buy, then walk in to be greeted by a sales associate who looked like she couldn't be bothered. Then she made a comment about the item (ring) that when the weather gets hot the finger will swell and the ring will fit.Never a pleasurable experience when I visit that store.
