  Terrible experience. Went to order balloons for my son's christening and when I asked for a pick up time of 10:30 I was told she would check with the manager, as my event was at 12:30 3 towns away, the managers response "too bad." I worked at Party Fair in East Windsor in high school and I remember coming in on Saturday and Sunday am at the crack of dawn to complete orders and never once did we turn away a customer or tell them "too bad" when they asked us for an order. What kind of customer service, or lack there of, is that??? I will now go without balloons and never come back to Party Fair again, not even the location I used to work at in East Windsor. PartyCity will be receiving any of my future party needs business, and with a 9 year old and a 2 month old, there are plenty of years of parties to come. Shame on you and learn how to treat your customers if you want to keep them.
