  The problem resides with the fact that Home Depot outsources applicance delivery to Spirit Delivery in New Jersey. We pucrchased a dishwasher a month ago a week later when they installed it they simply pressed the button to hear some noise and didn't bother to check if the water was actually running. Then we call to have some one come back out to have it removed they rescheduled and returned two weeks later. Upon return they claimed that they could not remove it because it was hard wired. They didn't even check!!! This is a brand new washer. How could it have been hard wired???! They then proceeded to insult my mother in law to say that she didn't know what she was talking about and that they they properly installed it the first time. It's been an absolutely horrible experience. It's so difficult to get in touch with someone to verify a cancellation to have some one scheduled that this process has taken nearly a month and it is still not resolved. Home Depot this delivery service is YOUR contractor. This means that they are your face when delivering appliances to customers. All because a company is cheaper it doesn't mean that they are a good value. This company is directly getting into arguments with its customers and ruining YOUR brand. As soon as we get this dishwasher removed we will be going to Lowes.
