  My fiancé and I would like to say thank you to the store manager Kyle and his staff which made shopping at raymour and flanigan a pleasurable and hassle free experience. He was professional, courteous, and efficient in rectifying the issue we had and we are glad we bought our furniture and mattress here. The moving guys were great too, polite, respectful, and kind. Thank you again everyone!

  If I could give this place a no star I would!! I ordered a concord fireplace I spend 2400 on this and got shipped a fireplace after 6 weeks of waiting. They only delivered me the fireplace and not the console!!! I had to wait another 3 weeks for the stuff and when they delivered turned out the fireplace was not the one I should have gotten. They send me the old version!! I was spoke to several ppl , who were nice people but need better communication . I spoke to Kyle who was nice but I was really disappointed! Since this was a special order I was unhappy. They were charging the same amount for an old version that I could have bought a new version somewhere else for the same price!!! I will never again shop at this place. I returned it ! Hope I receive my money because they tried to SCAM me!! I’m just warning anyone to b careful !
