  Employee was on break or off the clock so she called someone else to help me which is fine. Problem is No one ever came over. Store was not busy and plenty of employees. They were all talking to each other. I only saw one that was helping another customer do her makeup. In every other sephora they always ask if you need help. I wasn’t asked that here. When I did attempt to get help by walking toward them I got a glare. They should wear name tags because the older blonde woman at the register was so rude. No hello, was dismissive, had no patience after the whole 15 seconds it took when my rouge card on my phone wouldn’t load, “just tell me your email.” I did complain to the store and guest services and the response I received was little more than “ok.” I’ve never gone out of my way to do so, but I’ve never had such a terrible experience at a sephora.
