  Entered the store July 18, 2017 For a purchase I was unsatisfied with. I walk to the cash wrap & began to work with an associate Jessica. I asked her to please look up my purchase history due to misplacing the receipt. After asking for my information Jessica was unable to find my purchase & told me, The last time I shopped with sunglass hut was over two years ago. If you're not part of the solution you're part of the problem! Jessica was not willing to call customer service or to call the store I purchased it from. I showed her my bank account in which the day I purchased on. When I asked for the customer service number she was extremely sarcastic & still I willing to do anything to help with the problem. I called customer service and they were able to see the transaction number with no problem. I had the gentleman on the phone call the store. When I reentered the store she did not want to deal with me. Thus she made the other associate take care of me. Jessica told me that I spelled my name wrong. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience or the misunderstanding, shes pointing the finger at me the customer? In the end I did get my money back but I strongly believe sunglass hut should train there associates in customer service. If associates are unable to meet the demands then a career change would be ideal. Thank you!
